Ball Babes Bonus Tourney 6.5
Hi Ladies,
Back by popular demand, we will be hosting our “bonus” tourney this spring. We’ve already had our 6th annual and it’s not yet time for our 7th annual for this will be version 6.5 Smile Please see the attached info poster and registration form and feel free to pass it on to anyone you think may be interested. We are doing a new format this time around, it will be a SKINS tournament, so you will get cash for every single game you win, as well as a double elimination playoffs!! We are cutting it off at 16 teams this time to do the time restraints and registration is first come first serve with payment and we fill up fast so don’t delay!! Just a few notes below so everyone is aware ahead of time and other that hope you can join us in April!
-This is a fun day of volleyball and not a sanctioned tournament, and as such, there will be NO referee's, antenna's, scoreboards or linesman on any of the courts for any of the matches
-Teams are expected to keep score collectively and co-operatively between the two of them, if there is a discrepancy please just agree to disagree and reserve
-We respectfully ask that teams do not bring coaches to the tournaments, but if they must, that they remain in the stands with the other fans and not coaching from the bench
-The day is going to be packed full of volleyball and in the hopes of staying on time, we request that teams arrive 1/2 hr. early for their scheduled matches and be ready to go ahead of time
-Again in the hopes of staying on time, if a team does not have at least 5 dressed players on the court ready to start 10 min after the scheduled start time, they will forfeit the first set only and after 20 minutes the entire match

Hello Ladies!
It's that time of year again and I hope everyone is enjoying the start to their indoor season!! In response to the several enthusiastic inquiries I have already received, we have finally set the date for our annual ladies volleyball tournament :) Please Download the attached Poster & Registration form for all the details and feel free to pass it on to whom ever you think may be interested. We are really trying to go for the 32 team two day tournament this year as we have had to turn teams away in the past when we cut it off at 24 teams. So with that being said, just a friendly reminder that we continue to fill up sooner and sooner every year so don't delay in sending your registration in ASAP as it is first come first serve and payment is needed to hold your spot.
Just a note to the out of town teams, please touch base with me before booking any hotels as I am looking into getting some rooms reserved hopefully at a discounted rate at our new hotel in town...its a Comfort Inn close to Tim Horton's :)
